I wonder what would happen if I picked Dominic’s keys. I could just say I want to have sex with my husband, rather than someone I’ve just met. But I’m here, and there are three attractive men willing and wanting to have sex with me. I have to admit, it’s a huge turn-on. And right now, Jackson and Colin and Mahak are looking at me expectantly, like I’m to make a choice.
I can’t choose.
How can I possibly choose?
Mahak smiles at me, his eyes doing the slow wander down my body, even though he’s sitting beside Melissa. There’s really no choice. If the way he’s looking at me is making the slow pulse between my legs beat insistently, then I want to see what it’s like when he touches me.
I stand up, leaving the safety of Dominic’s side. He gives my hand a squeeze but doesn’t say anything. I wonder if he’s as nervous as I am. I wonder if he’s regretting this whole idea.

I do a slow walk to Tia standing in the middle of the room and she smiles appreciatively at me. I’m really doing this. How can I be doing this? And again – why?

Writing my Girl Crush

My latest book, Room Service, was released February 27. It’s the second in my Adults Only series, and my very favourite book that I’ve written.
That has a lot to do with Callie Champlain.
Callie is a character from my Office Plays series – bold and brash and beautiful, eager for adventure and with self-confidence to spare.
She’s who I would like to be.
When I started my Adults Only series, taking characters from my earlier series (Jacey and Dominic from Husbands and Wives, Iliya from Touch will be included in the next Adults Only book), it was a no brainer to include Callie. After two books with Callie (the third Office Plays read will be out this year), I wanted to learn more about her.
I ended up with a huge girl crush on her!
You know what a girl crush is – when you find a woman that you admire so much you start crushing on her. It’s harmless and a bit different than the crushes I might have had on men, but it’s no less powerful. I have a girl crush on Callie. She’s who I would want to be. Whatever situation she finds herself in, I can be sure of Callie doing exactly what I wouldn’t have the balls to do! She’s brave, confident and sexy – my perfect girl crush.
But not my only one. Here’s a few of my girl crushes.
Margot Robbie – Harley Quinn was the starting point, but now I’ll watch Margot in everything!
Emma Stone – she’s young and fun and talented and less obvious than Jennifer Lawrence
Helen Mirren – I want to be her when I grow up. Enough said
Charisma Carpenter – this goes back to the days of Buffy the Vampire Slayer. I really don’t know what it was about her, but whatever it was stuck for me
Evangeline Lily – I think it was watching her on Lost, how she always got to tag along with the boys and not be a damsel in distress. And in The Hobbit, she used a bow and arrow as well as Legolas could, plus she fell for a dwarf.
It’s obvious I got for the strong, determined type of woman!
